ANANDA – The Psychotherapeutic Support Foundation
support at every step

We have begun creating materials to support children's peaceful learning, especially those who are more sensitive and need more time, patience, and learning without pressure.
We create practical courses and materials for parents who want to help their children overcome barriers, build self-confidence, and develop step by step.
Our materials help:
✔ support your child without stress
✔ build self-confidence
✔ develop concentration
✔ combine learning with fun
About us
ANANDA – The Psychotherapeutic Support Foundation offers support to individuals experiencing mental and emotional crises, as well as difficulties stemming from environmental issues. It provides both psychotherapy and financial support, tailored to the individual needs of its clients.

We conduct both free and paid activities supporting mental health. We offer psychotherapy, workshops, and support groups for people experiencing difficult life situations. Paid activities allow us to finance the ongoing operations of the foundation and the development of new forms of support. All funds are allocated to increasing the availability of professional support.
We are currently running a support campaign where every 200 PLN donation funded by a donation will fund one hour of psychotherapy for someone in need. Our initiative aims to increase access to therapy for those who, due to financial hardship, are unable to access professional help. More information about the campaign can be found in the News section and on our Facebook page.

Our Center, located on Orzeszkowa Street in Poznań, provides convenient access for both residents and those outside of Poznań. We create a space of peace and security where consultations and therapeutic sessions take place in an atmosphere of trust, openness, and attentiveness to the needs of others.
